General requirements
1. The cartoning machine should be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
2. The cartoning machine should run smoothly, with zero movement, and the components should be sensitive, coordinated, and accurate, without jamming and abnormal noise.
3. The lubrication system of the cartoning machine and the connection of the gas path should be sealed intact, without oil leakage and air leakage.
4. The relevant requirements for the installation and safety of the pneumatic system shall meet the requirements of GB / T 7932.
Performance requirements
1. The production capacity of the cartoning machine should reach the rated production capacity.
2. Packages that have been boxed should have no damage to the carton box or poor sealing effect; the packaged materials (or pre-packaged parts) and descriptions should be damaged, over-packed, under-packed, or miss-packed. Should not be less than 99%.
3. The sound pressure level of the cartoner should be no more than 80dB (A).
4. When the feeding system of the cartoning machine is out of material, out of box or lack of instructions, it should alarm or stop.
